Q. I want to sign up for a membership but I still have massages left from a package I bought previously. What do I do?
A. Great news! If you sign up for a MEMBERSHIP and PAY YEARLY, we will refund you the value of any valid, outstanding package massages that you have.
Q. Can I share a MEMBERSHIP with my significant other?
A. You can’t share the membership, but you would get the additional service discount (10% for monthly or 20% for yearly) for a second person if they joined you for a couples massage. So if you wanted to come together each month for a couples massage then one membership would work. If you wanted the freedom to also come for individual massages then two memberships or a package would be better.
Q. What happens to my MEMBERSHIP benefits if I can't come one month?
A. No problem. Life gets busy. Your unused monthly benefits roll over for up to 3 months. Going away, pregnant or just too busy? You can pause your membership once per year for up to 3 months.
Q. What's the $50 credit for enhancements all about?
A. We wanted to reduce the number of membership and package options. If you like to add the Himalayan Salt Stones, CBD or Dynamic Cupping to your massage, just choose this option with your preferred MEMBERSHIP or package and you’ll get a $50 credit to add your favorite combination of enhancements.
Q. Do the memberships work on calendar months?
A. No. Your month starts on the day that you joined. So if you joined on 6/15/2026, your first month would be from 6/15/26 to 7/14/26.
Q. What if I get a MEMBERSHIP but change my mind or I have to move?
A. Pay monthly MEMBERSHIPS can be canceled at any time with 30 days notice. Pay Yearly MEMBERSHIPS just need to be canceled before the annual renewal date.
