Q. I want to sign up for a membership but I still have massages left from the package I bought last year. What do I do?
A. Great news! If you sign up for a LEGACY MEMBERSHIP and PAY YEARLY, we will refund you the value of any valid, outstanding package massages that you have.
Q. Is the LEGACYMEMBERSHIP pricing really a one-time deal?
A. Unfortunately, yes. There will still be an attractive membership offer but we will never be able to offer the same great combination of benefits at such low prices. In particular, the free red light therapy session and no annual price increase for 3 years would not be possible on an ongoing basis.
Q. Can I share a LEGACY MEMBERSHIP with my significant other?
A. You can’t share the membership but you would get the additional service discount (10% for monthly or 25% for yearly) for a second person if they joined you for a couples massage. So if you wanted to come together each month for a couples massage then one membership would work. If you wanted the freedom to also come for individual massages then two memberships or a package would be better.
Q. What happens to my LEGACY MEMBERSHIP benefits if I can't come one month?
A. No problem. Life gets busy. Your unused monthly benefits roll over for up to 3 months. Going away, pregnant or just too busy? You can pause your membership once per year for up to 3 months.
Q. I haven't had red light therapy before. Can I try it first?
A. Yes! You can still claim your free red light therapy session with any massage taking place this month. If you don’t have time for a massage, there’s also an introductory rate of $35 for your first session (normally $70).
Q. The red light therapy is amazing. I'm all in! Can I pause a Red Light Therapy Membership too?
A. Yes. Red Light Therapy Memberships can be paused in blocks of 1 month for up to 3 months in total per year.
Q. What's the $50 credit for enhancements all about?
A. We wanted to reduce the number of membership and package options. If you like to add the Himalayan Salt Stones, CBD or Dynamic Cupping (coming Q1 2026) to your massage, just choose this option with your preferred LEGACY MEMBERSHIP or package and for only $25 per massage you’ll get a $50 credit to add your favorite combination of enhancements.
Q. Do the memberships work on calendar months?
A. No. Your month starts on the day that you joined. So if you joined today your first month would be from 11/19/25 to 12/18/25.
Q. What if I get a LEGACY MEMBERSHIP but change my mind or I have to move?
A. Pay monthly LEGACY MEMBERSHIPS can be canceled at any time with 30 days notice. Pay Yearly LEGACY MEMBERSHIPS just need to be canceled before the annual renewal date.
